Refund Policy

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ websites.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at care@ekoclothing.com. The payment will be credited in the same mode as received within 7-15 days.

Return or Exchange

We hope you love everything that you order from us—every product is made with love and care. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Each piece is made to order, and hence we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we will be happy to alter the piece for you.

Please note:

We do not accept returns if the size ordered by the customer is incorrect. Please refer to our size guide or reach us at +91 92113 61700 for assistance.

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us. We will provide a refund or exchange only for damaged products. Exchange will be done within 5 Days

All products must be returned with tags intact, in original packaging, unwashed, and in original condition.

The return courier cost must be borne by the customer.

Please try on items with care. Products that appear to be used or damaged will not be accepted.

Refunds will not include shipping charges.

Once the refund approved, the amount will be credited within 6-7 days in the original payment method

Sale Items

Products purchased on sale or under special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable/exchangeable. In case of a fit issue, we can alter the size for the same style. All orders placed during a sale will be delivered in 15-20 working days. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.
